Money questions.
What does "agreed fee" mean?
For a permanent hire, the first-year base salary in the offer. For a contractor, the agreed day rate multiplied by the agreed contract length.
When is the invoice due?
We raise it when your hire starts, payable within [X] days.
Is VAT added?
[YOUR VAT POSITION]
Do I pay anything if I don't hire?
No. Reviewing candidates and meeting them is free.
Who employs or contracts the hire?
You do, directly. We are not the employer or the contractor's agency, so there is no ongoing margin and no middleman.
